Try It Out!
It’s up to you — find your trigger to quit
After a month, you’ll have some new skills and more motivation to quit. All you need now is a trigger — an event that makes changing more important that saying the same. It might be a talk with your doctor, watching your kids, or feelings short of breath when you go up the stairs. It might be all the same things.
Your trigger is what will work for you. Wait and watch for it. It’s out there if you want to find it. Good luck!
