This report contains select, long-term key outcome indicators for evaluating tobacco prevention and control efforts, as established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Long-term indicators are specific, observable, and measureable characteristics or changes that represent a desired outcome. Care was taken to identify and select outcome indicators which a) reflect both current and recent tobacco prevention and control efforts in Idaho, and b) for which data are consistently collected.
